Camp Policies

Kindly review and familiarize yourself with the YouthKicks Soccer camp policies below. Your agreement to these policies is confirmed upon the completion of your camp registration

Cancellations

To secure your camp spot, a full camp registration payment is required. Any requests to cancel must be submitted in writing to info@youthkickssoccer.ca.

  • All cancellation requests will be subject to a non-refundable $75 administration fee per camper.

  • Refunds will not be made once camp has started under any circumstances.

  • Refunds will not be given due to bad weather.

Inclement Weather

While our camp is primarily conducted outdoors, in case of inclement weather such as rain or extreme heat, we will relocate indoors or seek temporary shelter in a designated area until the weather improves, contingent upon facility availability.

Sign In/Sign Out Procedures

To sign in and sign out your child, some form of identification is required. The name of the parent/guardian who is signing in or signing out a child must be included on the registration form. If there is more than one parent/guardian who will sign in or sign out a child throughout the week, their name must be included during the registration process as well. 

Late Pickup

Due to the duration of our camp days for both campers and staff, we kindly request parents/guardians to ensure timely pickup of their camper(s) by 4:30 pm (unless you have purchased after care). Any pickups occurring after 5 pm will incur an onsite charge of $10 per 10 minutes, payable directly to onsite camp staff. Additionally, we reserve the right to request withdrawal from camp in cases of repeated late pick-ups beyond 5 pm.

Nut Policy

We aim to uphold a nut-free environment at camp and appreciate your cooperation in refraining from bringing peanut or nut products to camp.
